Implementation Guidelines

 

 

STEP 1  – Elavon - Gateway Boarding – 5 BUSINESS DAYS*

• Customer to notify Oracle Sales Rep/Dealer

• MSP notifies Elavon if customer is supported by a dealer (drew.kreyling@elavon.com)

 

STEP 2  – Elavon Hardware Order (POS Portal)

• Hardware Delivery

• Oracle - OPF Boarding - 5 BUSINESS DAYS

 

STEP 3  – Oracle will contact customer to schedule install. This date is based on Oracle availability.

• All OPF/SafeT installs are done over the phone.
